The Suit of Swords – Quotes

I thought of creating some quotes for the cards, and here is the third set. Just got done with the suit of Swords today. Hope you enjoy reading them as much as I liked quoting, writing and creating the graphics. The deck I have used is the very wonderful Shadowscapes Tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law.

{I found two quotes for the Eight of Swords that I really liked, and they both fit the image that Stephanie Law has created that I decided to put in both. 🙂 }

The Predominance of Swords indicates: ‘The client is seeking solutions to what are primarily mental struggles, conflict and arguments, and decisions which must be made. Also, there could be many arguments or even violence at present. While Swords can carry with them many negative or very strong, forceful messages, Swords serve also as a warning to be more cautious of what is occurring around you.’

**In some forms of psychological testing, particularly those related to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the cognitive functions (sometimes known as mental functions) are defined as different ways of perceiving and judging the world. They are defined as “thinking”, “feeling”, “sensing” and “intuition”.
