Nine of Swords

A line I had read a long time ago, regarding the description of this card stuck with me: ‘who has not lain awake late at night and been wracked with worry and mental trauma?’

The Nine of Swords represents worry, guilt and anguish. It can also be an indication for you to stop going over and over an issue and getting worked up about it. Stop being hard on yourself and begin to forgive yourself if focusing on your guilt is what you are doing.

This dark night of the soul shall pass by. The card may be a warning of a troubled time, but this could also be a suggestion to examine things carefully in whatever choices you have to make today.
